1. Product Information

Are Zenvio products 100% natural? Yes. We pride ourselves on using pure, naturally-derived ingredients. Our products are free from harsh synthetic chemicals, parabens, and artificial fragrances.

How should I store my Zenvio products? Since our products use natural oils and extracts, they are sensitive to light and heat. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their potency and shelf life.

Do I need to do a patch test? Absolutely. Even natural ingredients can cause reactions in some individuals. We recommend applying a small amount to your inner wrist or behind the ear and waiting 24 hours before full use.

What is the shelf life of your products? Most of our products are at their freshest for 6 to 12 months after opening. Because we avoid heavy synthetic preservatives, we recommend using them within this timeframe.


2. Orders & Payments

How can I place an order? You can place an order directly through our website, zenvio.pk. Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. We also accept Direct Bank Transfers. For bank details, please contact us at 03028611422.

Can I change or cancel my order? You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Once it is handed over to the courier, we cannot make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.


3. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? We have a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 across Pakistan.

Pro Tip: Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for FREE shipping!

How long will it take to receive my order? Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 working days. You will receive a tracking number via SMS once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. However, for special bulk inquiries, you can email us at info@zenvio.pk.


4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We do not offer cash refunds. However, we offer exchanges for unopened and sealed products within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What if I receive a damaged product? We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us at 03028611422 within 24 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.


5. Skin & Hair Concerns

Which oil is best for hair growth? Our Amla Hair Oil and Kalonji Oil are customer favorites for strengthening roots and promoting healthy hair growth.

Can I use the Pink Rose Clay Mask on sensitive skin? Yes, our Pink Rose Clay is gentle. However, we recommend mixing it with rose water or yogurt for a more soothing experience and always performing a patch test first.
