Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Refund Policy
Please note that zenvio.pk does not offer cash refunds on any purchase. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing them. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The protective seal must be completely intact and untampered with.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
Note: Due to the nature of organic ingredients, products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
3. Exchange Procedure
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@zenvio.pk or message us on WhatsApp at 03028611422 with your order number and a valid reason for the exchange.

Shipment: Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to our facility in Sialkot.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Replacement: If approved, your new item will be dispatched. Please note that re-shipment charges will be covered by the customer.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive for perfection, but if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if we sent the wrong item:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or a video of the damaged/incorrect product.

In these cases, Zenvio will bear the cost of the replacement and shipping.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel, please contact us immediately at 03028611422.
