1. Delivery Areas

  • Domestic: We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

  • International: Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. For special international inquiries, please contact us at info@zenvio.pk.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or courier service disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you via SMS or email.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 for all orders across Pakistan, regardless of the weight or size of the package.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

4. Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience convenient, we offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay at your doorstep when you receive your order.

  • Direct Bank Transfer: Contact us at 03028611422 or info@zenvio.pk for bank details if you prefer to pay in advance.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive an automated email/SMS confirmation immediately after placing your order. Our team may also call you for final verification before dispatch.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking Number via SMS. You can track your parcel on our courier partner’s website (e.g., TCS, Leopard, or M&P).

6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging our glass bottles and organic oils. However, if your package arrives damaged or any item is missing:

  • Please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
